The Molins appeal remains scheduled to start on Wednesday 7th September . The Neighbourhood Plan Working Group has noted with interest an exchange of letters between Pinsent Masons the solicitors acting on behalf of the developer St Congar and Wycombe District Council. In the letter St Congar has proposed several ‘minor variations to the appeal proposals’ including:
- Reducing the number of houses from 212 to 192
- ‘Unfixing the proposed layout’ of the development
- Including a minor element of mixed development in the form of a retail and community space
- Changes to parking and access by foot
As this is not a planning application, the Parish Council is unlikely formally to be consulted, but will discuss what action if any might be taken at its July meeting.
