Bledlow-cum-Saunderton Neighbourhood Plan successfully completes the Examination phase

On 7th February 2017 Wycombe District Council accepted the Examiner’s recommendations included in his Final Report, following an extension (agreed between the Parish Council and Wycombe District Council) of the date by which Wycombe District Council needed to decide on the Examiner’s recommendations.

The Examiner recommended making five modifications to the Bledlow-cum-Saunderton Neighbourhood Plan relating to Policy 3 (Molins, South Saunderton), Policy 7 (Sustainable Design in the Greenbelt) and supporting text. The Examiner also recommended that the plan, once modified, should proceed to referendum by the residents of the Bledlow-cum-Saunderton parish.

The referendum, which is likely to take place in spring 2017, will be organised by Wycombe District Council. Further information on the date of the referendum will be published as soon as available.
